deBaai develops, assembles and installs IoT sensors to monitor soil temperature and moisture in agricultural fields. Additionally deBaai is involved in the management of soil data and data analysis, combining sensordata with open data sources and measurements obtained by soil sample analysis or ecological research. The focus of deBaai is pinpointing sustainable practices that can enhancing the societal functions a soil delivers, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and water regulation, whilst retaining crop productivity.
